Terms of Use

Version of October 10, 2026.

This agreement sets the terms for using the l2-banda.win website, the L2 Banda game server, the forum and the launcher (together, the “Project”). By registering, entering the game or using the website you confirm that you have read and accept this agreement. If you disagree with any part of it, please do not use the Project.

1. Definitions

  • Administration — the team running the Project, together with the game masters (GMs) and moderators it appoints.
  • Site account — an account on l2-banda.win (login, email, password).
  • Game account — an account for entering the game, created or linked in your account area.
  • In-game items — characters, items, adena, Coin of Luck, premium status and any other virtual objects in the game.
  • Project support — a voluntary payment towards the Project’s development, for which the player receives in-game items as a thank-you.

2. General provisions

  • The Project is a non-commercial fan server running in trial mode. The game is free; there are no required payments.
  • The Project is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, absence of errors or preservation of progress.
  • In trial mode wipes (full or partial progress resets) and changes to rates, balance, items and mechanics are possible. We announce significant changes in the news.
  • The Administration may restrict or suspend access to the Project or any part of it, including for maintenance or security reasons.

3. Registration and account security

  • To play you need a site account with a valid email and at least one game account. A site account can hold up to 10 game accounts.
  • You are responsible for keeping your logins and passwords safe and for all actions taken from your accounts. Do not share login details and use unique passwords.
  • If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, change the password immediately and contact us.
  • Selling, buying or transferring accounts, characters or in-game items for real money is prohibited.
  • The Administration does not restore in-game items lost because an account was shared, a password was weak, or the player was deceived by other players.

4. Game and conduct rules

It is prohibited to:

  • use third-party software, bots, clickers, client modifications or packet tools that give an advantage or automate gameplay (the built-in autofarm .play / .offlineplay is allowed);
  • deliberately abuse game errors (bugs, dupes, exploits) — any error found must be reported to the Administration;
  • attack the server, the website or other players (DDoS, hacking, password guessing, phishing);
  • insult, threaten or harass others, or spread discriminatory, extremist or obscene material;
  • send spam or advertise other projects;
  • impersonate the Administration or a GM;
  • trade in-game items for real money (RMT).

For violations the Administration may warn the player, block the account temporarily or permanently, and remove in-game items obtained dishonestly. Decisions take the severity of the violation into account.

5. Project support and payments

  • Supporting the Project is voluntary. Not supporting it does not limit your gameplay in any way.
  • Payments are accepted through the payment partner shown on the payment page or by a USDT transfer (TRON network, TRC20) to the Project wallet. Card data is processed by the payment system; the Project neither receives nor stores it. A crypto transfer is credited automatically only for the exact amount shown in the invoice; funds sent on another network, in another coin or to another address can be neither credited nor returned by the Project. The network fee is paid by the sender.
  • Amounts in dollars are shown for convenience; the charge may be made in hryvnias at the rate shown before payment.
  • After the payment is confirmed, Coin of Luck is delivered to the chosen character automatically as soon as the character is in the game.
  • In-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not refundable as money.
  • Refunds are possible if the coins have not yet been delivered to the game or the payment was made by mistake (double charge, technical failure). Send the request within 14 days from the email used in your account, including the payment number. Money is returned by the same payment method within 14 days, minus payment system fees if those are not returned. Once the coins have been delivered to the game, no refund is made except where the law expressly requires it.
  • A wipe, balance changes, a ban for rule violations or closure of the Project are not grounds for refunding in-game items already received.
  • Persons under 18 may make payments only with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.

6. Personal data

  • We store only what the Project needs to work: logins, email, password hashes, login IP addresses, character data and payment history.
  • This data is used for logging in, protecting accounts, password recovery, service notices and crediting payments. We do not sell it or share it with third parties, except the payment partner (for processing payments) and where the law requires it.
  • You can ask us to delete your data by writing to the email below from the address used in your account. Deletion means losing access to your accounts and characters.
  • The website uses technical cookies for logging in and choosing the language.

7. Forum and user content

  • You are responsible for everything you post on the forum and confirm that you have the right to post it.
  • By posting, you allow the Project to display your content on the website and in game announcements.
  • The Administration may edit or remove posts that break these rules without explaining the reasons in each case.

8. Limitation of liability

  • The Administration is not liable for loss of in-game items due to failures, wipes, actions of other players or the player’s failure to follow security rules.
  • The Administration is not responsible for third-party websites that may be linked (tops, social networks, file hosting).
  • You download and run the game client and the launcher at your own discretion.

9. Intellectual property

Lineage II is a registered trademark of NCSOFT Corporation. L2 Banda is an independent non-commercial fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSOFT. The website design, texts and the Project’s own materials may not be copied without the Administration’s permission.

10. Changes and other terms

  • The Administration may change this agreement. A new version takes effect when published on this page; we announce significant changes in the news. Continued use of the Project means acceptance of the changes.
  • If any clause is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
  • Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, under the laws of Ukraine.
  • The Ukrainian version of this agreement prevails; translations are provided for convenience.
