Version of October 10, 2026. These rules complement the Terms of Use and apply in the game, on the website, the forum and in all L2 Banda communities.
1. General provisions
- The rules are binding on all players. Not knowing the rules does not exempt you from responsibility.
- The Administration may change the rules; the current version is always published on this page.
- The punishment depends on how serious the violation is, its consequences and whether it is repeated.
- The Administration may intervene in the game because of violations, technical failures or during events. Mistakes a player made and confirmed in the client are not compensated.
2. Accounts and security
- The owner is responsible for the security of their accounts and for everything done from them.
- Sharing your login and password is at your own risk. If that person breaks the rules, your account may be punished.
- Missing items on an account whose login details were shared with others are not investigated.
- A violation on one game account may lead to punishment of all accounts of the same player.
- The Administration never asks for your password. Do not give it to anyone, even people claiming to be a GM.
3. Character and clan names
- Names and titles suggesting a link to the Administration are prohibited: GM, Admin, ADM, Support, Moder, etc.
- Impersonating the Administration or another player to deceive someone is prohibited.
- Offensive, obscene or provocative names and titles, as well as political symbols, are prohibited.
Punishment: forced name change; if repeated, account ban.
4. Communication (game, forum, communities)
- Insulting players or their families, threats and harassment are prohibited.
- Racism, nationalism and discrimination of any kind are prohibited.
- Political campaigning, symbols of the aggressor state (Z, V, etc.) and Nazi symbols are prohibited.
- Flooding, spam, caps lock and advertising other games or servers are prohibited.
- Spreading false information about the Project and publishing other people’s personal data are prohibited.
- Profanity is discouraged; in public chats it is prohibited when aimed at another player.
- Private messages are not moderated — you can block an unpleasant person with
/block nickname.
Punishment: chat ban from 1 hour to permanent; for systematic violations, account ban.
5. Gameplay
- Third-party automation software is prohibited: bots, clickers, peripheral macros, client modifications, packet tools. The built-in autofarm
.playand.offlineplayis allowed. - Abusing bugs, dupes and game vulnerabilities is prohibited. Report any error you find to the Administration — useful reports may be rewarded.
- Players are responsible for actions they confirm in the client: purchases, sales, enchanting, trades. Such actions are not reversed or compensated.
- A failed result of a normal game mechanic (for example, a broken enchant) is not grounds for compensation.
- Conflicts between players within normal game mechanics (PK, clan wars, fights over spots) are not handled by the Administration.
- Disrupting TvT, CtF and Deathmatch events by unfair means is prohibited.
Punishment: bots and third-party software — ban from 7 days to permanent; bug abuse — removal of gains and a ban up to permanent.
6. Trade and deals
- Check the item, amount, enchant and price before confirming a trade. If the terms were shown correctly in the client, the trade is not reversed.
- The Administration does not guarantee verbal agreements, loans or “pay later” deals — they are at the parties’ own risk.
- Player market prices are not regulated. A bad deal is not a violation.
- Fraud means swapping items through client errors, abusing bugs in trades and impersonating another player or the Administration.
- Real-money trading (RMT) is prohibited: selling or buying adena, items, characters or accounts, and offering such deals in the game, on the forum or on third-party sites.
- Exchanging L2 Banda in-game items for assets of other games or servers is prohibited.
Punishment: fraud — return of items (where possible) and a ban; RMT — removal of items and a ban on both the seller’s and the buyer’s accounts.
7. Raid bosses and force majeure
- During DDoS attacks, technical failures or data center accidents the Administration may postpone, cancel or restart an event. Lack of advance notice alone is not grounds for compensation.
- Disputes about drops from epic bosses (Queen Ant, Core, Orfen, Zaken, Baium, Antharas, Valakas, Frintezza) are reviewed only at the request of the leader of the clan or party that killed the boss, within 24 hours of the kill. Clans fighting over an item on the ground is part of the game.
8. Contacting the Administration
- Write to info@l2-banda.win or on the forum. Include the game account, character, approximate time and a description of the problem. For payment questions, include the payment number.
- Requests are handled in order. Repeating the same request does not speed it up.
- Server logs take priority over screenshots or videos.
- Threatening or deceiving the Administration, providing forged evidence and publishing correspondence without consent are prohibited.
- A closed matter is reopened only if there are new facts.
- A player may ask to temporarily lock their own account (for example, if they suspect it was hacked) after confirming they are the owner.
9. Types of punishment
The Administration may apply one or more of the following:
- a warning;
- a chat ban (temporary or permanent);
- temporary restriction of character actions;
- removal of items or adena obtained in violation of the rules;
- ban of game accounts and the site account — temporary or permanent;
- IP ban;
- ban on the forum and in Project communities.
10. Appeals
- You can appeal a punishment by writing to info@l2-banda.win from the email used in your account.
- The Administration’s decision on an appeal is final. Repeated requests without new evidence may go unanswered.
- Project support payments do not cancel punishments and are not refunded in case of a ban for breaking the rules.
